What you should know about your apartment in the mountains.
As an international winter sports resort, Obergurgl is home to a wide range of shops and other amenities. Various shops (supermarkets, newsagents, etc.), bus stops are just a short stroll away from your serviced Gletscherblick apartment, which is in a central location.
Cancellation conditions for the 2024/25 winter season
(1) Up to 60 days before the agreed arrival date of the guest, the accommodation contract can be terminated by either party without payment of a cancellation fee by means of a unilateral declaration.
EXCEPTION: 19 December 2026 to 8 January 2027 and 6 February 2027 to 19 February 2027. During this period, rooms can be cancelled free of charge up to 90 days before arrival.
(2) In the event of cancellation between 59 days and 7 days prior to the agreed arrival date, a cancellation fee of 70% of the agreed package price shall be payable.
(3) In the event of cancellation less than 6 days prior to the agreed arrival date or no-show, a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price will be charged.

We only charge the cancellation fee if we are unable to re-let the apartment following cancellation.
Once guests have left the apartment at the end of their stay, the entire apartment – including the kitchen and bathroom – is thoroughly cleaned. The end-of-stay cleaning fee is EUR 127.
